Weekly Reset: Journaling Prompts to reflect and plan your week

Hey Love,

I hope you are doing well.

If you are looking forward to kick start your week and don’t know where to start, look no further. I have brought five journaling prompts that can help you to review your past week, reset and plan your week.

Without any delays, let’s jump to the prompts:

  • What did I enjoy the most this week?

This can be anything, completing a big project, taking the first step to a new beginning or going out and having fun with your family/friends or maybe a restful afternoon with yourself. You can mention as many things as you want.

  • What did I learn this week?

Every day brings us a new opportunity to do something new, and while doing so we might succeed or fail. But every experience teaches us something, so the idea is to sit back and reflect on those experiences and your learnings from them.

  • What helped you to get closer to your goals?

If there are some learnings, there are some successes as well, what is it that worked in your favour? It can be as small as taking a nap in between or taking a break and spending time in nature. Write them down, and take note of these things. They can help you in future as well.

  • What do you want to do better next week?

Your learnings and experiences tell you what you can do next week so that you can step up in your journey. This can be something like planning your day well and not overburdening yourself or not using your phone at night just before sleep. Write them down here, and make sure you do what you say to yourself.

  • I am grateful for –

Write down as many things as you want. Maybe you are grateful for spending time with your family, or for your strength in tough times. If you will look at it, you will notice there is always something to be grateful for.

And that was it guys, I hope these prompts will help you to reflect on your week and reset for the coming week. If you are looking for some more journaling prompts, give this post a read. It might help you.

I will see you with the next post.

With Love,

Komal
