Journaling Prompts to know yourself better

Hey Love,

I hope you are doing well. In one of my posts, I talked about how journaling taught me acceptance. Today, in this post I will take this journaling series further and give some journaling prompts so that you can start your journey with yourself.

As Rumi said, “And you? When will you begin that long journey into yourself?” so start it today, and have a privilege to know yourself better.

Journaling Prompts

  1. How am I feeling right now?
