Where to eat in Mount Abu

In my last post, I shared the places I visited in Mount Abu, today I will share more about the trip. During my stay in Mount Abu I had food in 2-3 restaurants, and today in this blog I will share with you about my favourite restaurant in Mount Abu.

Name: Arbuda Restaurant

Address: Ambedkar Circle, Opp. Municipal complex, Nakki Lake, Mount Abu, Rajasthan 307501

Cost for two: Rs. 500 (approximately)

Ambience: This restaurant is quite spacious, I think the restaurant is one of the most famous in Mount Abu. It is usually crowded here, and you might have to wait here for some time, but let me tell you the wait is worth here.

They have a good restful seating area, it has a simple and a pleasing ambience.

Menu: The restaurant provides all vegetarian food, I think it is difficult here in Mount Abu to find non- vegetarian food. But nonetheless, this place provides all from Indian to Chinese, be it Gujarati or Rajasthani Thali, South Indian or North Indian food, they have it all.

What we had: We went there for our breakfast so at that time no thalis were available (our bad luck). But we had aloo ke paranthe, masala dosa with tea and coffee. And I must say that the food was delectable. Not so spicy, not so oily, the food was just perfect as we usually eat in our homes. I could not think of any better breakfast as it gave the best homely feel.

Overall I just loved the breakfast here.

Service: The staff here is well-mannered, cordial and considerate. It felt like as if we are in a friend’s house who has called us for breakfast. They will take care if your food is hot enough, they will ask you if you need anything, and all that with a genuine smile on their face. They definitely know the art of welcoming people.

Recommendations: If you are in Mount Abu, this restaurant is a must visit. Yes, there is a possibility that you have to wait as it is always crowded here, but all that is worth it.

Ratings: 5/5
